Identification of sentiment related to ‘key drivers’ and ‘categories’ using unstructured data from various sources

Objectives:

  • Key drivers are attributes that are related to e-commerce business and affect the business. Some sample key drivers are pricing, delivery, and packaging, however the definition of key drivers is not restrictive and potentially new drivers are expected to be identified from the data.
  • ‘Categories’ in online marketplace are different types of products available in the marketplace like mobile handsets, tablets, clothing, footwear etc.
